KAP Eco Home-23 is another proposal for a compact, modern home, which is managed by thrifty Investors. A compact body, a gable roof and a small usable floor space will translate into a low construction cost. The interior of this house was designed in a thoughtful way to make the most of space and ensure comfort and comfort of use. The living room and dining room designed here can be separated from the kitchen by a door or create a single, spacious room together. We also took care of a functional study and a pantry at the kitchen. What is important – a large boiler room can be adapted for heating the house with a biomass boiler.
In the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one shared bathroom, a spacious room above the garage.
From the outside, this cozy house enchants with a stylish finish made of wooden boards and classic, white plaster. Decorative roofing over the front door and garage and large glazing give the whole modern expression.
Eco Home 23 is an energy-saving project – we have designed a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and adequate insulation of walls, roof and floors on the ground. We also used energy-saving woodwork here – windows and doors meet the standards of passive houses. Everything so that the costs of maintaining this house in the future are as low as possible.
