Eco Home 26 is a very tasteful and modern home. It delights equally with its shape, façade, layout of rooms as well as the interior design. The combination of concrete slabs, wood and white plaster on the facade, gives an extremely elegant impression. You can not miss the large terrace with the beams so characteristic of the designs of our Studio.
We enter the house through an unusually representative entrance, covered with beams and supported on three classic pillars. When entering the house, we are in a spacious vestibule. Instead of the wardrobe, our architects designed the wardrobe. We will successfully fit in the outer clothing and shoes of the whole family. From the wardrobe you can go to a double garage. Starting from the vestibule, we see a very accurate division of the interior into the day and night zone. In the day zone, the kitchen, dining room and living room were designed. A small pantry was separated by the kitchen, a perfect place to store, for example, food supplies, tableware or a small home appliance. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a practical counter – which is an extension of the countertop. You can arrange, for example, bar stools and get the perfect place for a quick morning breakfast. A dining room table was planned along the panoramic window. It gives a very good lighting and an interesting arrangement of this place. The living room is spacious and very well lit by the use of large glazing. Comfortable sofa and fireplace create the atmosphere just in time for evening rest.
Opposite the day zone there is a private zone of the household. It consists of 3 bedrooms, office, bathroom, toilet and wardrobe. From each room you can go directly to the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden.
The whole project is completed by a boiler room with a laundry room and a utility room. You can enter it from the side of the garage and from the outside from the side of the garden / terrace. The house is designed in an energy-saving standard. We used here adequately thick insulation of walls, roof and floor, and we designed a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
