Eco Home 17 is an excellent offer for people looking for minimalistic and ultramodern solutions. This house is a geometric shape with a unique indentation. Particularly noteworthy are the uncoated roof, thanks to which there are no downpipes on the façade. The extensive terrace raised just above the ground floor level is also an interesting solution, especially for a plot with a slope. Graphite slabs on the façade combined with white plaster and large glazing from the garden side give the whole look a sophisticated look.
The interior of the house is divided into a daily zone located on the ground floor and a night zone in the attic. When entering the house, we are in the vestibule. In this place, instead of a wardrobe, our architects planned a wardrobe. The outer covers and footwear of all households will fit in successfully. From the vestibule, we can also go to the boiler room/laundry room. The day zone is divided into a kitchen with a dining room and a separate living room. The interior of the ground floor opens to the garden thanks to the numerous glazed dining room and living room. Thanks to the fact that the terrace cuts into the body of the house and the boundaries between the house and the garden are blurred. The whole ground floor completes the toilet room.
The attic, being a sleeping area, will provide enough space for the whole family. There are 3 rooms, a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe.
Eco Home 17 is an energy-saving project – we have designed a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and adequate insulation of walls, roof and floors on the ground. We also used energy-saving woodwork here – windows and doors meet the standards of passive houses. Everything so that the costs of maintaining this house in the future are as low as possible.
